Q: Can I share my promotion card with anyone else?
A: Yes and no, you can bring a friend for some half price treatments at the salon but the free section is just for you to enjoy.
Q: Can I refer a friend?
A:Yes of course, we operate a refer a friend scheme which will entitle you to £10 for each friend you refer which will be sent to you via cheque once your friend has signed up.
Q: How do I take part in the refer a friend scheme?
A:It’s really simple, all you need to do is refer your friends to us either by phone, text or email, once they have signed up you qualify for your £10…
Q: I have ordered my VIP promotion on-line, what now?
A: Your promotion will be with you within 2 working days of placing your order, when it arrives, pick which free and heavily discounted treatments/services you would like on your first visit and call the salon to get booked in, quoting your unique Gemini reference number located on the bottom of your promotion card and begin your 6 months of pampering for next to nothing.
Q: What happens when the 6 months are up?
A: You will become a regular full paying client in the salon.
Q: Do I have to stay at the salon after my promotion has ended? (am I contracted in?)
A: No, you are free to move on to somewhere else at any time during and after your promotion, you have no obligations to stay with either Gemini Promotions or the salon, if you just want to try another promotion for another of our salons you can do that too.
Q: Can I get more than 1 promotion from Gemini Promotions?
A: Yes of course, you can get as many as you like, eg. If you have a promotion for a hair salon and wanted to try one of our beauty salons you can use both promotions simultaneously.
Q: I am already a client at the salon and would like to take part in the promotion, am I eligible?
A: Our promotions are for new clients to the salons only.
